In a matter of seconds, the words disappear and everything goes completely dark. That’s when the introduction of “Plane to Spain” by Basshunter kickstarts from the speakers and the gaming techno builds the hype of the fans. Soon a single spotlight shines down on the stage and reveals Jessica Sears wielding her Captain America shield with her right arm and holding her Eternal Tiare in her right hand. The fans cheer with excitement and she beams at them.
“I’m falling down…”
She moves down on her left knee and balances the Eternal Tiare in both hands.
“I’m turned around…”
She spins herself around in a 180-degree turn, her T.A.R.D.I.S. skirt flowing, and reveals the angel wings on the back of her Daryl Dixon jacket.
“I’m falling down…
I’m turned around…”
I’m turned around…”
She whirls around to face forward, the camera getting a shot of her Squall Leonhart Griever necklace and her blue R.P.D. blouse. Holding the Eternal Tiare high, pink and purple pyros shoot upward and the fans are going wild!
“I’m falling down,
I’m turned around.
No matter what I do, I hit the ground.
Don’t want to do this anymore,
But everyone is coming back for more!”
I’m turned around.
No matter what I do, I hit the ground.
Don’t want to do this anymore,
But everyone is coming back for more!”
Jessica grins as she makes her way down the ramp in her glow-in-the-dark Green Lantern Converse, tagging as many of the fans as she possibly can. She circles around the ring to continue interacting with the fans a little longer before she makes a complete circle.
“With my love, they want to play.
I can stop them, but I look away.
What have I done? I should have known.
If I had done something, I’d be alone.”
I can stop them, but I look away.
What have I done? I should have known.
If I had done something, I’d be alone.”
She ascends the steel steps and climbs through the ropes to move to the center of the ring. She raises the Eternal Tiare in her left hand and raises the Captain America shield on her right arm before she crosses them, the shield behind the tiare. She and the fans sing the next lyrics together.
“But now I know how to be strong.
I have to find a place where I belong,
And take a plane, maybe to Spain.
I will never be betrayed again!”
I have to find a place where I belong,
And take a plane, maybe to Spain.
I will never be betrayed again!”
Purple and pink pyros shoot out from the four corners of the ring and slowly the lights come back on. Jessica then proceeds to relinquish the shield, the tiare, the necklace, and the jacket for an official standing by. She smiles as she hops onto one of the turnbuckles and waits patiently yet readily for the match to begin.

Bio: The daughter of Franz and Odelia Sears, Jessica and her older brother Zachary spent their early childhood living in Queens, New York. Despite their early sibling rivalry, the tragic event of 9/11 forever changed their familial relationship for many years.
Their entire family moved to Toronto, Canada and lived there for several years, becoming friends with many of their neighbors, including the Pryce family. While Jessica had a gift in photographic memory and endless love for the geek culture, she was constantly targeted by bullies and often suffered from peer pressure. Her brother and their friends would do what they could to protect her, but she was too afraid to learn how to fend for herself. Despite her hardships, she pursued her love of video gaming and wanted to turn pro. Her father would be her ongoing supporter and her biggest fan until he passed away from an ischaemic heart disease on January 10th, 2014.
It was this sense of powerlessness, as well as witnessing the hospitalization of two of her friends, that would trigger Jessica’s fighting desire. She wanted to learn how to defend herself as well as her friends. The one and only Strong Style Saint in Jaime Alejandro would see this burning passion and teach her how to wrestle.. Even with Zachary’s objections, Jaime refused to take no for an answer and instead convinced him to give his sister a chance. Her training would come full circle upon her professional debut in September 2014 when she won her debut match in a big way. Though a horrible end of a tag-team match forced her into a coma at the end of December 2014, once Jessica awakened she was determined to try and make her return to the ring. Her brother Zachary and her boyfriend Luke Jackson would object this decision, but her newfound friend in Ricky Valero encouraged her to make the comeback a reality. He trained her in the schooling of the Valero Fight Club and she was able to officially step back into the ring. Jessica and Ricky would quickly become best friends with a student and teacher chemistry.
However, the complexities of love and friendship caused quite the revelation. In secret, Jessica developed feelings for her best friend Ricky that would result in a hectic fallout with her now-ex boyfriend Luke. It shook both her personal and professional lives, leaving her lost and lonely for a time. Her self-searching journey in Osaka and her meeting with Ryan Conners in Fort Lauderdale, however, would start to transform her life for the better. Even in her darkest times, she couldn’t bring herself to show hatred or remorse for anyone or anything. Doing so would only defy her father’s last wishes.
Though she was involved in a few different wrestling companies, Jessica would find an intriguing opportunity in EMPIRE Wrestling (EW), the developmental school of the Blazenwing Wrestling Federation (BWF). As she continues to hone her skills, her travels with Ryan and Ashleigh Powell to Indianapolis, Indiana open her eyes to the newly-opened Indy Pro Wrestling, the same company her brother Zachary made his professional debut in. Inspired by excitement and limitless possibilities, Jessica decides to join the entourage alongside her brother.
As the Nerd Extraordinaire says, “Level up or shut up! GAME ON!”
