Height: 6’ 5”
Weight: 285 lbs.
Hometown: Portland, Oregon
Alignment: Face
Pic Base: Bruiser Brody
Entrance Theme: "Bad to the Bone" by George Thorogood and the Destroyers
Entrance Description:
Those ominous beginning electric guitar riffs blare throughout the PA system, and after the first or second "Da na na na na na's", the fans know full well who's a-comin', and many scramble to safety, whilst other braver souls flock to get a closer look at The Portland Madman as he storms down to the ring, throwing things around, swinging his chains, and showing no regard for the safety of anyone, not even himself! He throws his chains into the ring, some chairs, anything loose at ringside. (Note: If this is a major match, e.g.: Pay-Per-View, major main event, feud-ender, he'll literally come out with a kitchen sink!)
Gimmick Description: Hardcore madman with a heart of gold, even if sometimes the gold gets tarnished. Loves to laugh.
Real Wrestler(s) Your Character Wrestles Like: Bruiser Brody, Cactus Jack, Steve Williams
Signature Move(s):
1. BIIIIG Boot
2. Good Ol' Fashioned Piledriver
3. Various Illegal Chokes (Doesn't Matter What Kind)
4. 5P (Portland's Professional Pain Providing Program) - Hard Irish Whip to Corner Turnbuckle, followed up with a lariat to the back, followed up by a hair grab pulling them into a backbreaker
5. Scoop and a Slam-wich - Single-armed scoop slam with authority
Finishing Move(s):
Primary Finisher: KYD [Kill You Dead] - Oklahoma Stampede
Alternate Finisher: De-Sanitizer - Sleeper Hold, partial release to slam opponent's face into corner turnbuckle, reapplication of Sleeper Hold, repeat as needed. End with hard release, slamming opponent's face into mat, whether they submitted or not.
Bio/Brief History: Maxwell Schneider is a homeless man from Portland, Oregon (in case that wasn't apparent by now) who, once upon a time, made waves in a few Indy promotions (Ontario Pro, GSW [GrandSlam Wrestling], then the AWA [American Wrestling Alliance]), but became more and more depressed and mentally disjointed as each promotion folded. Losing the abandoned house he squatted in and called home, he wandered aimlessly through life, constantly in and out of prisons and psych wards. He came across Legacy Wrestling - or rather, Legacy's Petey Bauer came across him, and almost immediately gave him a job as his own personal bodyguard of sorts, as he had recently been discharged from the hospital and now wanted someone protecting him. This led to him doing things such as acting as a referee, being impartial throughout the match, then brutalizing half the participants afterwards. But then, Legacy closed, and Schneider was dumped like a sack of potatoes. So again, he wandered, regaining hope only to have it ripped out of his hands. He wandered the land… until fame and fortune led him to several southern territories… and now… here?
Note: He is managed by the nearly 17-year veteran, Canada's own #1 Hit-Maker Johnny Bonecrusher.
Accomplishments (Optional):
Ontario Pro Pure Violence Champion
GSW XClass Champion
AWA Regional Champion
Legacy Wrestling's Petey Bauer's Head of Personal Security
Traveled on foot from Portland, Oregon to Carson, California to Kansas City, Missouri to the deep south in search of answers to questions only the voices in his head asked.
