Name: Cordelia Stevenson
Height: 5'9
Weight: 146
Hometown: Freeport, Long Island
Alignment: Face
Pic Base: Analicia Chaves
Entrance Theme: "Skeletons" by Joe Budden
Entrance Description
The lights dim down and take on a purplish hue as a light smoky mist fills the entranceway. The opening chorus to “Skeletons” by Joe Budden begins to play throughout the arena as a shapely silhouette can be seen taking form in the mist.
As the beat drops, the crowd gives a loud pop as Cordelia Stevenson slowly emerges, removing her hoodie from her head. She comes to a stop, glancing around and taking in the reception before giving the crowd a warm smile. She rolls her neck around before bowing her head and letting her hair fall in front of her face. A few seconds go by before she snaps her head up, whipping her hair back from in front of her face. Her eyes lock in on the ring and she marches towards it with a determined stride.
Once she gets to the ring, she climbs up onto the apron and walks around the side, and towards the middle. She turns and faces her crowd, stretching her arms out to the side and slightly tilting her head backwards as she soaks in their reaction. She gives them an appreciative nod and blows a kiss at them, before stepping into the ring and making her way over towards the opposite turnbuckle. She quickly hops up and holds her arms out, drawing a reaction from that side of the crowd as well. She unzips her hoodie and tosses it away before hopping down and making her way over to her corner as the music dies down.
Gimmick Description (Doesn't need to be long. Just something so I have an idea what your character is): She's a showman. Loves giving the crowd a show. Usually very sweet, bubbly and playful, but can be very spiteful once you get on her wrong side.

Bio/Brief History: Cordy was trained at the Windsor Body Slam Academy in Miami Florida, a wrestling school belonging to her mentor and multi time world champion Kerry Windsor. The early stages of her career were broadcast on a reality show based around the opening of the school entitled The Body Slam Academy. Though the series chronicled the journeys of many of the students pursuing their dream in the wrestling business, Cordelia managed to be a major focal point of the series. Her charismatic nature, along with her compelling story drew the cameras and fans to her, unofficially making her the "spokesperson" or "face" of the show. The reality show and its publicity opened a world of doors for Cordelia, technically giving her the status of celebrity before she even made her professional wrestling debut. Still however, her passion to pursue a career in the business was undeterred, even with all of the new doors opening. On January 3, 2013 Cordelia announced that she had signed a deal with Platinum Dynasty Wrestling; and that she, alongside her friend Cindy Parker, would be forming the tag team known as Sex Sells.
The team quickly gained the adoration of the fans, however; for Cordelia, gaining the respect of her peers wasn't as easy. Respected veterans such as Brytain Montgomery (now Rollins) were very vocal with their dislike for Cordelia, feeling that her associations in the wrestling business had provided her with an easy path to the big time. Believing that this was the overwhelming sentiment in regards to her, Cordelia made it her mission to prove to the world that she belonged.
And she did.
Cordelia worked hard, establishing herself as a force to be reckoned with both alongside Cindy and by herself; a feat that did not go unnoticed as she was nominated for PDW's Breakout Star of the Year award. During that first year, she was a two time PDW tag team champion, and was even more impressive as a solo act, losing only once throughout the year. Her impressive rookie year was brought to a screeching halt as she sustained a fractured ankle (which effectively brought she and Cindy's second reign as tag champs to an end as they were forced to forfeit the belts.)
This setback, as well as a barrage of personal issues that she was dealing with at the time (one in particular that led to her asking for her release from her PDW contract) caused Cordelia to have a bout with depression. She'd been an athlete her entire life and the fractured ankle was the first major injury that she'd ever sustained. It messed with Cordelia' psyche greatly, and a part of her wondered if she would ever be the same again. Cordelia worked hard, rehabbing to get back into ring condition, not knowing what exactly her future held in store.
It wasn't until a conversation with then PDW Vice President of Talent Relations, Felicity Banks; that Cordelia gained some sort of clarity in regards to what she wanted to do. The PDW fans loved Cordelia. They loved Cindy. They wanted Sex Sells back. Felicity reminded Cordelia that PDW was her home. Cordelia was excited about the possibility of returning, but Cindy's reluctance and growing role in FGA ruled out the possibility of the girls reuniting in PDW. She did however urge Cordelia to return to the company, as she truly felt that PDW was Cordy's home.
On March 11th, 2014, at the end of the very first episode of PDW's new flagship program Subversion; Felicity Banks introduced Cordelia as Brytain Rollins opponent in the Platinum title contention tournament that was set to kick off at PDW's upcoming Pay Per View, Blind Fury. It would be Cordelia's first match back from injury.
On April 21st, Cordelia made a successful return to the ring, defeating Brytain Rollins to advance to the finals of the tournament to face her longtime friend Tj Jones in the final at the next episode of Subversion. However, that match would never come to be as PDW's sudden closure had once again left Cordelia without a home.
This wasn't necessarily a bad thing however as it allowed Cordelia to reunite with her best friend Cindy Parker and reform Sex Sells for FGA's Dynamic Duo tournament. The 'Sex Sells Reunion Tour' as the two billed it, got off to a great start, despite dissension between the two. They advanced to the semi-finals, where they unfortunately lost to The Sparklebuddies (Annie Zellor and Laurel Anne Hardy) in a match that earned a MOTY nomination in FGA's year end awards.
With the tournament out of the way and the Sex Sells Reunion tour brought to an end, Cordelia was once again left to contemplate her future.
On June 14th, at the FGA DVD taping in White Plains, NY; Cordelia announced that she had signed a deal to be apart of the FGA roster and thus was ready to begin a new chapter in her career, post Platinum.

I got some skeletons locked in the closet (yeah, yeah)
And I've been dyin', dyin' just to find an outlet
And I'm hoping that no one finds out about it (yeah, yeah)
Wishing maybe it'll disappear but I doubt it
I doubt it
