The scene fades in on the face of Francesca Coran, sitting at a wood desk in front of the PWP logo. To her right on the desk is the Pro Wrestling Project championship. She has a small smile on her face as the camera zooms in on her.
Francesca Coran: Good evening. Thank you for your time. As some of you may know, the Pro Wrestling Project has recently crowned a new number one contender to its major championship.
Frankie gestures to the championship.
Francesca Coran: Unfortunately, due to booking conflicts, Brad Jackson will be unable to appear to defend the championship in the near future. He has volunteered to vacate the championship, and we have agreed. Should he find time to compete in PWP in the future, he will be certainly able to challenge for the championship. But that leaves this great company without a champion.
She nods, and then places a hand on the championship.
Francesca Coran: We at PWP deem it unfair to force the current number one contender to endure another match to determine a champion, and thus we have decided that effective immediately, Chris Night is recognized as the current Pro Wrestling Project champion.
There is a short pause, and then Frankie raises a finger.
Francesca Coran: That being said, We also acknowledge that perhaps our new champion will not be content with just being handed the championship. So for that, we have determined that former number one contender for the Pride and Honor Wrestling Championship, Tala Multo, will challenge the new champion, Chris Night, at Pro Wrestling Project Championship at PWP 17: No Need for thanks, live on stream. Thank you for your time, and we hope that you will tune in to see this historic event on November 30th.
Frankie waves, and then the scene fades out to the PWP logo.
